The topic of hose safety will be covered today. A customer requested us to crimp his hose, but when he arrived, it was full of "fluffy" threads. The "fluffy" materials would be burned if we severed his hose. We were so unable to get a uniform crimp. Unless you're a total stickler for detail, I'd like not to deal with fluff while working with hoses. I would prefer to work with a hose that has one or two wires. Their pliability remains intact. The client is currently employing hoses that could cause chemical burns. Before a 1- or 2-wire hose completely blows, you might notice a crack or a rupture.

Spend a little bit more money on a good quality hose, protecting yourself and your customer's property. Don't cut corners.
