This session we talked with young gun, Jonathan Crumpton from RedLine ProClean LLC. We talked about how he got started and how to improve your business with additional services.

Did you catch the live chat last night with Trudi, Anthony, and Jonathan Crumpton? If not, we've got some awesome talking points for you. So, grab yourself a cold drink, kick back, and tune in when you get the chance!

- How Jonathan got started and what his plans are for 2025
- Shannon had a question - Fixed rate injector and manual bypass
- There are a lot of stores that sell pressure washing stuff, and a lot of them don't know the day-to-day workings of being out in the field. Make sure to ask questions, because they are salesmen.
- When do you call a job with the weather? Some clients don't care of the weather, they have inspections coming, so they need to get it done. Working in different states, the opportunity to work will be different because of the surroundings.
- How hot are you supposed to run caustic, and potassium hydroxide?
- Do you have any scars?
- Commercial side: where would you start as a rookie?

We're super excited to chat with Jonathan Crumpton, from Redline ProClean LLC and dive into his amazing journey of how he got started and his goals for 2025.

Jonathan (25 years old) and has been in the washing game for 7 years now, and a full time fireman for the same time. He started when he was 15 when he was in school (JC Services was his first company name), and picked it back up when he started to work with the fire department. Commercial and residential services. He is doing different things with high-rise window cleaning and has other stuff in the plan.

He bought the window cleaning company in 2024 in Northwest Alabama, and he has 38 reoccurring businesses that he services monthly and quarterly. He just hired 2 new guys on staff, and keeping his brand close to those that are in first response.

If someone asks you "I am thinking of getting into the business" what is your go to:
- Don't start too big, too quick. Figure out if you can make it in the industry. Some people are good entrepreneurs and some are not good business people. It depends on how bad you want it. The market is not too saturated yet so it is a good time to start getting "free marketing" and do door-to-door marketing. Baby steps

He didn't have "mom and dad's money", and started from scratch. His first machine was from a marketplace purchase. His first job was in Tennessee, and he drove all the way with some paid help, and after he paid his help he came up with a negative $30. That negative gave him a good "before and after" photo to get a good base to start with for photos.

Trudi and Shane had started out with Shane's mom's SUV, and they had lost both their full time jobs, and had decided to start power washing full time. There are a lot of variables and chemicals to use in this industry on a daily basis.

The window cleaning part of Jonathan's business. He prefers and a waterfed hose over a squeegee.
- If you were in primarily power washing services, and you don't have to go waist deep into window washing, but it will set you apart from the other washers. Having that added service of window washing, has gotten him the bid. A simple DIY tank, some 1/4 line and waterfed pole will help you upsell stuff and add it easily to a rig.

Jonathan also touches a little bit on staining but it is a rare specialty service. He is really busy during the season and he doesn't tend to do much Christmas lights at all. The weather sometimes can be a hinder during trying to do jobs.

Anthony has plans of making more money in 2025. He has been talking about getting into more bigger companies and better services than competitors.
